The information we use
We may use company names, business websites, countries, published business activities and professional contact details shared by a business or its authorised representatives. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
What we use it for
We use this information to identify businesses that may be interested in our software, game development or integration services, prepare relevant communications and answer enquiries. We also keep suppression records so that an opt-out is respected.
Depending on the applicable law, processing may be based on legitimate interests, consent or another permitted business-contact basis.
Sources and recipients
Information comes from public company-controlled pages and other public business sources. Our authorised systems and service providers process it to support hosting, automation and Microsoft 365 email delivery. We do not sell business contact information.
How long we keep it
Unresponsive prospect records are reviewed and normally removed or anonymised within 12 months. Suppression records are kept for as long as needed to respect an opt-out.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to stop contacting you, object to direct marketing or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Use the email preferences page or email info@hades.bet. We will not send further marketing after a valid objection or unsubscribe request.
